Frequently Asked Questions...

Can I reserve an item?

Absolutely.  In fact, we recommend it if you are planning a project for a specific date and time.  A simple phone call (523-3278) can reserve the item you are needing.  In certain cases, we may ask for a security deposit.  A cancellation of at least 24 hours in advance is required for the return of a security deposit.

Do you have half-day rates?

We do offer 4-hour rates on some items. 

What do you consider a day's rent?

We consider a day's rent to be 24 hours.  An item is due back within 24 hours after it was picked up/delivered.

Do you offer weekly/monthly rates?

We offer weekly and monthly rates on most items. 

What is your Saturday policy?

As we are closed on Sundays, if an item is picked up on Saturday, it is due back on Monday at the same time it was picked up on Saturday, just as if it were a one-day rental. 

What is a damage waiver?

Standard in the rental industry, a damage waiver simply covers normal wear and tear of the equipment. 

I'm a business owner, can I open a corporate account?

We offer in-house credit accounts with an approved application.  Please see Paul for details.
